Their constitutional duty also includes electors. Had Al Gore rallied Congress, he would have won 2000 (terrifying as it is). Check out Robert Barnes on the Viva Frei youtube channel. I posted it earlier. He lays it all out. What they could and should be doing. If you watch it and prove it’s inaccurate, I’ll gladly apologize.
