I don’t think so because you only get Senate approval once. So Trump can move staff around without going back to Senate.

Won’t most of Bibme’s choices have a difficult time getting approved...period? The precious Lindsey 2.0 has already declared that a president is entitled to his appointments. He didn't feel the same way when he threatened Trump not to fire Sessions or Mueller. Said he wouldn't get a replacement if he did.
