This has been my concern as an attorney. My fear is you are going to have to show some kind of proof before you can get into court. But you generally can’t get that proof until you go count the ballots. So a court can say you are merely speculating, shut you down before you ever get started, when the actual evidence consists in the re-verification of the votes.

I’m not so sure. This complaint was not filed by the Trump team. I assume Rudy et al will gather enough evidence to file a separate lawsuit with better documented allegations.

Its not the fairness of the counting ... its the legality of the ballots that are counted.

Their website fail to you really tell you who is at Election Integrity Fund is at the web site. I never heard of them until today.
Furthermore, the fact they already claimed this means it is just the opposite of any type of integrity when the State has not even certified it. Speaks of desperation not to audit the vote.
The news is reporting it tells me this is some sort of deep state psy-op. In other words it is 100% Bull $hit
