I still suspect part of that was pure theater that Bannon and Trump quietly agreed on, for reasons of their own. I doubt it. But Steve has been loyal throughout the turmoil, he didn't turn never-Trump because his feelings were hurt.
Bannon is a true believer. We need more of those.
