He knows or should know the United States Constitution. Why he came out this early is really a puzzle. He’s always seem to be a thoughtful leader in that he doesn’t seem to act hastily.

Perhaps he is afraid for his country and is acting in a pragmatic fashion. He knows war with Iran is inevitable and Israel MUST have the USA (Biden or Trump) on their side. He knows Trump will stand with them regardless of this slight. He doesn’t know for sure what Biden will do.
