From what I am hearing, not verified, there are counties that have up to 202% of the voter rolls voting. If true then this would speak of large fraudulent ballot casting. There will always be extra ballots printed. How many is undisclosed. However, it is not 202%.
Something else not well known, that is that has been printed comes from one of six government printers. These ballots have origination tags on them. Not only that the paper the ballots are printed on have to be a certain stock and weight. So if there will ever be an audit, then this need must be investigated in addition to the voter rolls and the integrity of the voter (someone voting multiple times, signature issues etc.).
The ballots and voter integrity are actually a small part of the problem this election cycle. Software is the undisclosed major culprit in this election. As it will be in the GA runoff.
