We get pictures of all but junk mail emailed to us every day and know what to expect. You sign up for it at USPS website. It’s not always accurate, though. Sometimes it comes a day late.

And sometimes a letter gets lost between the scan and our mailbox. The Post Office can not help when that happens.

Do they take the picture with the post mark on it?

Even if they changed the postmark, the pic would be between 2 later dated photos. Out of order.

I spent some money to mail something that I intended to arrive at its destination quickly. It never got there and it took 6 weeks to find its way back to me. I asked the postman about photographing the mail, and he told me they didn’t do that.

I don’t know if he was lying or if someone else is misinformed.

We live SE of Seattle... I'll raise your liberal white Democrats with an equal number of White Liberal California transplants and throw in some Chinese transplant Democrats to make it interesting. You would not believe the level of nonsense we put up with here. We got the people who are so liberal that they had to move North to an even more liberal place.

In PA there are anomalies of 60K in Montgomery Co. and 35K in Chester Co. for Biden.

Absentee ballot were expected to skew Democrat.
In New York, which went 58% for Biden overall and whose result was never in doubt, absentees went 63% Biden.
Pennsylvania, which went 49-49, 1.1 million absentees went 80-20 Biden.
Does anyone believe that?

And it was NOT in Philadelphia in any significant way which had only 78K absentees, and Trump did 5% BETTER than 2016.
Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks, Allegheny Cos are where to look.

In GA there are anomalies of 60K in Dekalb, 50K in Fulton and 15K in Clayton Co., maybe others

First of all, voting ballots stand out like a red flag amongst regular mail.

You put a ballot into a collection box, the big blue ones or even your neighbor unit then an employee or a contractor comes along and puts the mail into a tub and transports it to a local Post Office. At the local P.O. the mail then gets transferred to another truck and sent on to a mail sorting center. Arriving at the sorting center (General Mail Facility) the mail is in big open rolling tubs and is placed on the arrival dock. The tubs are dumped onto a conveyor that feeds the cancelling machines where the mail is cancelled and photographed. Oversized pieces are culled by employees.

It should be obvious that there exists several opportunities for someone to remove ballots before the mail goes into a machine. In fact, employees have been told to pull ballots out of the main stream to “ensure expedient handling” right before an election.

I know there is barcode tracking on mail for which you have purchased tracking or tracing on. I know this because I had an important piece of mail that got stuck in what I was told was the “loop.” I wish I could remember the details of why this happened, I seem to think it was the closeness of the return and mailing addresses written on the shipping label. However, I remember being told they had to find where it was in the “loop” and manually extract it in order to send it on its way to the proper address.

If it is done by a machine, the machine can be altered. Machines do what they are told to do, so if someone is astute enough to understand what makes the machine run, then that person can change algorithms and parameters to make the machine do whatever that person desires.

Ergo, the photo dates can be changed as well as the time stamps.

True, but that takes a bit more skill than simply changing the stamp. And, is something the fraudsters possibly didn't even think of. It would be an easy thing to check, and at least see if the total numbers line up!

Well, it was done, so it wasn’t impossible. Furthermore, the people who want to rig the election would certainly have the resources and personnel to get it done. Apparently they did, for sure.
