It has happened in many states which are now one party and the election laws have been rewritten (allowing vote harvesting, moving to mail-in, motor voter registration for non-citizens, general election limited to the top two primary vote receivers no matter what party) to ensure elections will always be dominated by Democrats - California, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado are there. Nevada and New Mexico are close. As soon as Georgia and NC get Democrat majorities in the legislature with a Dem government you will see the state election laws changed to allow vote harvesting, universal mail-in voting, and top-two primary in the general election). Florida and Texas are the big prizes.

Actually Georgia should immediately pass bills making elections fair. They still have time before January. I think we still have a state majority in the house and senate with a republican Governor. I think the should do it first day back in session.
