I do not look to the USSC here to be our savior...

How could it be otherwise? In Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania current law allocates electoral votes based on popular vote. For the legislatures to suddenly change that and have the them allocate electoral votes would require them to pass legislation to do so after the fact. I guarantee you that any such legislation would wind up in the courts and would almost certainly reach the Supreme Court. So at the end of the day it would be the Supreme Court being Trump's saviour.

Yes, but that “popular vote” is based on honest and fair returns.

Nothing would be challenged if there is massive fraud. In fact, I think Team Trump would love getting THAT in court.
