Trump would have pardoned Flynn long ago had not Sidney Powell asked him not to.
Flynn wants to be exonerated not pardoned.
I would think Flynn has more options to sue if exonerated rather than pardoned.
Now that Flynn will be irrelevant in a Biden administration ( in defiance of all laws should that occur) he should soon have his case dismissed.
