The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) cybersecurity agency announced Thursday it would partner with election officials and private sector groups to develop an election auditing tool that can be used to help ensure the accuracy of votes in 2020.
DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is partnering with non-profit group VotingWorks on an open-source software tool known as Arlo, which is provided to state and local election officials for free.
According to CISA, Arlo conducts an audit of votes by selecting how many ballots and which ballots to audit and comparing the audited votes to the original count.
The tool has already been used to conduct post-election audits across the country, including during the recent 2019 elections. Election officials in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Virginia, Ohio and Georgia have signed on to partner with CISA on Arlo, with more officials expected to join.
“Heading into 2020, we’re exploring all possible ways that we can support state and local election officials while also ensuring that Americans across the country can confidently cast their votes,” CISA Director Christopher Krebs said in a statement.
Krebs added that “At a time when we know foreign actors are attempting to interfere and cast doubt on our democratic processes, it’s incredibly important elections are secure, resilient, and transparent.”
Use of post-election audits have been widely recommended by experts as a major step to secure elections, particularly in the wake of attempted Russian interference in 2016.

Most of us have probably been trying to figure out if all the rumors about watermarks and a "sting" operation to catch vote fraud is true, or not.
Myself, I have no idea. If true, why haven't the arrests begun? Why continue with the fraudulent ballots being "counted"?
There is also news of software "glitches" being found, which points to massive software vote fraud.
All most of us can do is pray - because we don't have the power to anything else.
Like I said elsewhere, the mob controlled democrat party has just run into the internet age, and it turns out that try as they might there are tens of thousands of autists who are not under the control of Twatter, Faceplant and Alphabet Soup.

You need for the crime to occur before you make an arrest. At some point the results are signed off on at the local as being official. Then they go to the state level for certification.
Think about a bribery sting. The cops don’t pounce until the money changes hands.
I don’t know if this rumor is true either, but I do have a general idea of how the law works.
These aren’t glitches these are on purpose. Operation Hammer and Scorecard aint know stinkin glitch.

It would make sense to do this in DHS and not DOJ. I hope they are just letting more deep state incriminate themselves.

What's difficult now is trying to separate rumor and wishful thinking from reality.

If the arrests don't happen and the fraud exposed within the next 24 - 48 hours, I fear all will be lost. We are fighting the mainstream media narrative as much as the vote fraud.
Chalk up the CIA as another traitorous agency.
What's needed in this situation is law enforcement agents with badges, guns, warrants, and handcuffs.

I’m more worried about domestic interference in the voting. The 100K ballot drops at 4 AM, all for Biden, wasn’t done by Russians.
They are very diligently working the problem.
Any “glitches” that can be blamed on foreign powers or white supremacists will be punished to the full extent of the law.
Any “glitches” that are due to Democratic frackery will be buried as deep as possible.
I think this statement from the article pretty much sums up where this effort is from a practical standpoint. Has the DHS been working to reduce voter fraud, absolutely. Are watermarks being used, sure, they are one of the preferred forms of fraud detection, and already deployed in some areas. Are they nationwide, doubtful, in fact the last place they will probably be deployed is in these rat infested precincts that are currently the root of the problem.
Regarding what we individually can do, is to stay healthy first, and informed, and active where possible. Treat silver bullet stories like this as something to be aware of, but don’t make them a focus where we over expend our limited energy. Energy is needed for things like on-site demonstrations, several of which are being organized today. Hope you have a good one,
