Levin opposed Trump during the primaries and found fault with him occasionally afterward, but he clearly came down on Trump’s side against Hillary before the election, and in plenty of time to influence any listeners likely to be influenced by that.
In my opinion this isn’t a good time to be inciting old animosities among persons who are supporting Trump now. He needs all the help he can get now.
