what ruling did Kavanaugh and Roberts rule on? I didn’t catch it earlier...
This article references the October 28, 2020 USSC decision where Roberts and Kavanagh were in the 5-3 majority, and Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch dissented. I think Kavanagh is the weak link. I hope I’m wrong.
