IF one states election becomes invalid by ruling, then that state can demand recourse to correct their mistake. So either they admit to election fraud, or they ask for a re-vote.

IF they demand a re-vote, then the rest of the states can demand a re-vote. I think it comes under Equal Protection.

But, I believe that more than just PA might be ruled invalid. We got GA, MI, WI and maybe NV in the mix. AND BTW, NC AND AK have stopped their counting. Why? Havent checked up on those.

The question is..hows the SCOTUS going to address this? What is the recourse? I believe that the SCOTUS might rule invalid, and then admonish those states and throw it to the legislature. In that case, each states legislature direct through its legislature ONE vote as an elector to the House of Reps and then directs them to submit that vote for the POTUS. 50 states, 50 votes. Trump is elected..majority of the states legislature are republican.

Either way..it will amount to civil war, or what most would like to say, severe civil unrest.

This is WHY state legislatures are so important.
