So when they say republicans...they are referring to the legislature right?

One thing for sure, these states ran around changing election rules outside of their legislatures which is unconstitutional; right there, should disqualify any votes that were cast under those rules.

When they did that in Penn. the republicans should have thwarted it right then. imho.

We are going to see if our Constitution still has teeth or if it is now just a worthless piece of paper.

"In the Pennsylvania case, an earlier challenge by the Republicans, which included the state party and lawmakers, was rejected by the Supreme Court on Oct. 19. The court deadlocked 4-4, with Chief Justice John Roberts siding with the court’s three liberals, Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan. That tie vote left the state supreme court decision in place."
