No. No, and did I say No?

The burden of proof is on those states to prove they held a legitimate election.

They clearly did not. I’m not sure of the remedy, but some of these states may have the results invalidated. Trump won, and they cannot accept it, and are printing up ballots.

Never accept the premise of a false argument, a false choice because you are playing by their rules, and (surprise!) “they” will win every time. This is how you can spot a “republican”, because they are either unwilling, or unable to understand this.

Trump won. The end.

Now they want to steal it. What now?

I’m going to have to disagree with you. President Trump is going to have to prove that there was cheating and that the cheating affected the outcome of the election. This is why his task is so difficult. The press will quickly anoint ‘President-Elect’ Biden and will cast Trump as a delusional sore loser, unless he can produce solid irrefutable evidence.

You’re saying that the states have to prove they didn’t cheat, that is prove a negative. Trump is going to have to litigate this, first in state courts and then in Federal courts and he’s going show proof. Is such proof out there? Does Trump have access to this proof? Again I don’t know.

Trump will fight this, I’m sure of that. Don’t know if he’ll prevail. But as I’ve said before, Trump’s base believes that the dems are trying to steal the election right before our very eyes. I don’t think bodes well.
