They were kicked out election night and their view obstructed Wednesday per the GA GOP.
Trump needs to have lawyers ready to observe the auditing/verifying process and Supreme Court ready to rule they must be allowed to observe.
Unfortunately I’m afraid the ballot pool (in all these states in question btw) is now so polluted it may not matter.
As Newt said, the right to observe is a fundamental in federal election law. Denying a party the right to observe means that the vote is illegal. Period.
