No way people voted for republicans for congress and senate and then voted Biden.
This will go to court.
If Trump loses in court....then I’d say do this
1) Clarence Thomas retires before Jan 20 2021 so that Trump can pick a younger judge just like him
2) with McConnell and the repubs still in control of the Senate, they pass the new judge through.
That will deny Biden the chance to get a lib on the court. Thomas is pushing 80. I he he takes a hit for the team
Biden will never sit in the oval office.
Thomas in the past has hinted at retiring, if i recall correctly.
I’d love for him to live forever, personally.
