Until more votes come in postmarked 11/3. USPS can take 3-5 days to deliver. Blue states will continue to count all Biden and toss Trump votes. Many Biden votes will be fraudulent.
The only remedy is prove fraud and violations in court then pressure the state legislatures to award state to Trump and appoint electors who will vote Trump. This is constitutional. Supreme Court will not overturn the vote no matter how fraudulent. That is the state legislature’s job. We must pressure these feckless republicans to act because they don’t have the balls to do this.
Hannity asked Ted Cruz about this and he said yes, “but it’s a pretty big cannon to use. I want to insure all legal votes are counted. “
Republicans have no stomach for this, they will go quietly and hope to play defense for 4 years rather than risk revolution and chaos. IMO
Republican legislatures don’t have to accept the SOS submittal. No acceptance means Biden doesn’t have the electoral votes and the House of Representatives by each state will vote. Republicans have 27 to the Dems 24.
