Doesn’t look good, but I investigated where the 14k outstanding ballots (not including military) are and it is a mixed bag. Most are B counties, but maybe not enough to make up that very slim lead right now. Checked the T vs B percentage votes.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said that as of 10:35 p.m. there are approximately 14,097 ballots still outstanding.
