I mentioned to Mrs. Cboldt that Trump would not put the country through this if he believed he lost. All the years of the press calling hi a liar were ground preparation for "whatever event takes him out." Russian collusion, impeachment, covid, and now election.
High stakes brinkmanship with powerful forces and institutions.
I just start to laugh when I think how many areas there are where the President could go “scorched Earth”.
There are thousands of inside the beltway scandals where the President has the evidence and could release it on the Internet—scandals that have _nothing_ to do with the election and could destroy a whole bunch of powerful insiders.
