The cheat plan is a simple one used hundreds of times. Hold back a large metro area until you know how many ballots are needed to win. Manufacture those, send them in, and the job is done.
Each state is doing what it has done a hundred times before, in the same big cities with the same experienced hands.
But a new difficultly arises when four or five states are doing the same thing at the same time - even though the timing is organic, being relative to election day. Now it isn’t just “crooked Palm Beach.”
And now it isn’t GW Bush or some designated (insider, well rewarded) loser like McCain or Romney. This is an outsider who won, and the house is cheating. OUR house - and it is not just cheating him, it is cheating us, we the voters.
