He has the people. State legislatures are much more swayable when the people pressure them. Also, the house of representatives is the solution to this problem, not really the courts. Trump will take this right to the joint session of congress. Gore could have done this in 2001 but their were no senators to conquer with the house. This time we have Pence. This won’t be quick but Trump will fight. He has right on his side
The problem with that is the RINOS and the rest of the disloyal cowards with an R behind their names. They’ll ride his coattails to victory, but they won’t stand up for him now. It is absolutely sickening.
