POTUS has very little control of the executive branch. This is a silent coup we are watching. He can play this out in court and that is it.
In our federal system, POTUS cannot suspend processes within elections. They are the responsibility of individual states.
He can’t do that, the states are in charge until the results are certified. He needed to look confident, not angry. Not yet anyway.
