Is PA having 125% turnout like some WI counties did? Don't know much about PA. But turnout up to 202% in some wards in Milwaukee was from same-day registrations. Could be the same people voting in more than one ward. Those need to be scrutinized and challenged. The entire WI vote may be invalid.
