They ignore the Supreme Court because they don’t respect the Constitution. They don’t respect any of the institutions that are established by the Constitutions. There are no consequences from ignoring it. Just like a classroom where a teacher cannot or will not enforce the rules.

Would this not in essence be a forfeit of their collecitve right to allow the appointment of pa electors to be determined by the (deliberately fraudulently run) election? thus, the electors would either be appointed by the pa legislature without regard to the election, or failing that, that no pa electors be appointed/recognized at the electoral college convention at all?
