I figure it takes 1000 man hours to create 100K fake ballots properly stuffed and forged. So this was pre planned and preposition prior to the election. This would take many, many conspirators to pull off. It will to be hard to keep this under wraps. Office copiers can copy a ballot at the rate of 40 to 100 PPM (pages per minute).
100,000 / 100 = 1,000 minutes -or 16.6 hours
Run 3 or 4 office copiers and you reduce the time down to a little more than 4 hours.
Dig into the Detroit ballot counting center and I'd bet one finds thousands of duplicated ballots.
