One case of voter fraud is a tragedy. 130K is a statistic.
Office copiers can copy a ballot at the rate of 40 to 100 PPM (pages per minute).
100,000 / 100 = 1,000 minutes -or 16.6 hours
Run 3 or 4 office copiers and you reduce the time down to a little more than 4 hours.
Dig into the Detroit ballot counting center and I'd bet one finds thousands of duplicated ballots.

All the blue States that went for Biden automatically got everything counted, closed up,
and did not have any problems counting the ballots that “came in late.”
OTOH, red States w/ Trump ahead 3,5 to 7 points were forced to stop counting so vote-fraud, engineered by Democrats, could commence....

The ballots are fully voted, for the most part. There’s alignment across the races. The cheating benefits DEMs in all races.
You should be able to see this fraud in the data. 130,000 Biden votes, what time entered and were the any down ballot votes on those votes. Were any of those voters alive?
Same would be true in every precinct where fraud is suspected.
