My dumb ass husband would love limits on driving, heat in winter. We do not have air conditioning and NYC summers can be brutal. He is a vegan and does not eat beef or any other animal products. The only thing that would piss the cheap skate off would be having to pay for mandatory “green” items like solar panels, electric cars, etc.
I am looking forward to them bitching that their taxes were raised and that their 401Ks tanked. I will turned to them and say, “don’t blame me. You got what you wished for.”
And when BLM types invade their nice homes.
My sympathy for the life of differing political views you describe (and on your homepage which is like a concise short story in itself). You have a lot of character to cope so well.

I just don’t understand this. The man is a crook, a pervert, a liar, a plagiarist, and he is senile. How could anyone vote for him? The country is insane.
Because every single Democrat candidate starts out with a built in 47% of the vote.
Hell they get 84 Electoral Votes (NY and CA) without even lifting a finger.
Then 47% of the voting public is dumber than a bag of rocks. Are there any sane countries left, because the US as we knew it is gone.
I would say Poland, but even right now they are going through craziness with this “Women’s Strike” because of the Abortion Ruling.
Hungary maybe? The problem with central Europe is that every few years some other country invades them just for giggles. It used to be if you had wads of cash, you could escape to Switzerland, but they have allowed the Muslim horde into their country.
