Republican women had a big night on Tuesday, adding at least a dozen new members in the House by Wednesday morning’s count.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Wednesday afternoon predicted there would be an additional 14 to 19 Republican women at the end of the counting.
The gains came all over the country — from New Mexico to Florida. Many of them were backed by Rep. Elise Stefanik’s (R-NY) political action committee Winning For Women.
Stefanik was jubilant on Tuesday night, tweeting, “RED GOP WOMEN WAVE” with fire and siren emojis.
She later tweeted sarcastically, “Can’t wait to read all the front page glossy women’s magazine feature articles about our incredible GOP Women dominating 2020!”

Nice, but we still failed to take the House.
We were outspent hugely. Like it or not, money is an important factor in House races.
We did shrink the margin a little, 2022!
Republican men need women to stand up for them.
My home state of Iowa flipped a house seat. A woman won (can’t remember her name). I’m sure my feminist sister did not vote for her.
No problem.
We kept the US Senate.
Plus the presidency.
That’s what counts.
But will the Dems take that 81 year old Pelosi hag off of my TV screen? Please Lord!
Iowa has likely flipped 2 House seats.
Hinson in CD1, Miller-Meeks in CD2.
No excuse for not taking the house. Too many red districts we couldn’t take back-no excuse.
I haven’t actually watched any press conference of hers before. Not ever.

Consider who COUNTS the votes in California. No Republican challenger running against a federal Democrat incumbent has managed to “defeat” them since 1994. Yeah, 26 years. Hundreds of races and not a single incumbent defeat, while the Dems have blitzed every Republican challenger. I know what I call that.

This should be viewed as a huge win. Remember Nancy’s blue wave? Nope, just a fabrication. GOP women will provide a nice contrast to the Squad idiots and queen nancy. Instead of increasing their margins, Dems are looking at barely holding the current majority, and could possibly lose the House in 2022 particularly if Biden ekes out a win.
Not at 2 in the morning when she hears a noise in the backyard. I still have to go out and make sure all is well. :)

Women belong in the home (house).
And WHY was it announced that the dems held the House before CA polls even closed - it was announced at approximately 6:30 pm. Who can remember precise times except I remember it was definitely past 9 pm Eastern time.
I would say we don’t need any more women (speaking as a woman) but if they could all be like Elise Stefanik, I don’t have a problem.. To my NY relatives I can only ask, “do you have any idea who you MAY have put in the WH?” Clueless!!!
