In that case the House of Representatives would decide the race and it’s going to remain democratic from the looks of things...
If it turns out to be a 269-269 tie, one elector could vote for someone else and then the House chooses from the top 3 candidates. So if one Biden elector voted for Kamala in theory she could become President. Haven’t seen the breakdown of state delegations but apparently the Republicans picked up 4 House seats so they may be at the same number of state delegations as before or possibly more.
