If the count is .5% or less - a candidate can ask for a recount.

So....we are likely heading to a recount in the Presidential race in Georgia regardless of who is declared the winner.

There’s still a path with a GA loss. Trump would need to win NV/AZ/PA and that would leave us with a 269-269 tie.
