I agree with what you wrote, but this will not be an option unless it is very close.

It’s not going to be close, but they need a narrative to spew as much as they need air to breath.
They literally do not know how to proceed until they get their Dem contacts on the phone for comment, and they can’t get with them until Pelosi conferences with the rest of the American Branch of the Party of Davos and pushes it out.
The problem they are going to have in the days ahead is whatever narrative they come up with will have a very short shelf life.
The only thing worth talking about going forward, for quite some time, isn’t really a narrative, it’s a global movement: POPULISTS PURGING CORRUPTION!
