About 10 years ago we had a family dinner at a restaurant and my niece and nephew said that they didn’t see anything wrong with socialism.
Now they’re married with kids.
Last night we were all on a video watch party for the election, and they and their families are 1000% in for Trump. My niece had her eight-year-old son (who is scary smart) involved, coloring the map as states were called, teaching him about the electoral college, etc.
So there is hope!
I hope Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota choke on their unemployment and $5 gallon gas and freeze in the winter because fuel is too expensive.
