It looks like NC did not stop counting, the state board of elections website says 100% reported. They are apparently done (unless more arrive in the mail, certainly won’t be 70k).

Doesn’t North Carolina have up to nine days to count mailed-in ballots?
How do we know when these so-called ballots were mailed? Were they mailed after November 3rd?
