I heard that too. There is a lot of mail in ballots to be counted in Penn.
That may be true, but those votes aren’t in Philly. And Trump is dominating West PA above and beyond his 2016 numbers. If these 2.2 million ballots exist, are they all stuffed in rat areas? I doubt it.
