What’s going on in Nebraska? Its EVs only split one other year, in the Obama/McCain race where Obama got 1 EV from Nebraska. Otherwise they’ve all gone to the GOP. But the counts on NY Times seem to show Biden winning 1 or 2 EVs there.
The “tie” scenario doesn’t work if Trump loses any Nebraska EVs to Biden (or the Maine EV). It’s a tie if Biden takes AZ, MI and WI and Trump keeps all of Nebraska (and the 1 Maine EV). But losing one of those split-state EVs gives it to Biden in that scenario.
