Votes allowed after the day if the election?
FRAUD.
Ohio has long allowed absentee votes to trickle in up to ten days after the election if they are postmarked by the day before the election. They specifically do no count postage machine dates or electronic stamps. Those need real, dated USPS postmarks. Most years the absentee count is a percent or two with only a fraction of that coming in after the election.
