Why is Carl Rove so depressed that the turnout was low in Fulton County (Atlanta)? Dang, he was downright worried. I had to rewind and replay to see if he was insinuating that it would be a bad trend for Trump or for Biden. Obviously it is a very bad trend for Biden.
Probably because he doesn’t want to lower our turnout in states further west by sounding confident. Turnout will be better so long as people think it’s close enough for their vote to matter.
I think the Dems in Fulton are pissed about the games being played with the school closings while all surrounding schools are now open. Shenanigans

however North Fulton is as huge technology center also-silicon valley types-so the GOP is being diluted—affluent suburban area —lots of left voting karens
