2012-2014 worked a gig coordinating with landowners and title insurance companies getting mineral rights valuations on properties in the Marcellus and Eagle Ford formations that had been insured to include mineral rights and later found those rights had been severed years before.
I estimate millions have been paid out for sloppy title work in those two areas.
