Trump has surged ahead in the key swing state of Iowa according to a poll suggesting he has a chance of pulling off another huge upset. The survey showed Trump 7 pts. over of Biden with a day until the election. The same late poll in 2016 was one of the few showing Trump could win the WH. It gave him a 7 pt. Iowa lead over Clinton which became a win by 9.6%. The survey will worry Democrats who fear Biden faces same fate as Clinton. Biden is ahead by 7 pts overall in the polls. Theres little doubt that like her he will win considerably more votes than Trump. However, outcome will be decided not nationally, but by a handful of battleground states. This past weekend the candidates stormed through the swing states with a particular focus on PA. It's one of 10 won by Trump in 2016 and he needs to hold on to most of them. Biden leads in nearly all of these states, but his advantage is slim and falling. Together they account for 179 Electoral College votes. Biden needs to grab 38 on top of the 2016 Clinton haul. If Trump can hold on to enough large states such as Texas w/ 38 votes, Florida w/ 29, Pennsylvania w/ 20, & Ohio w/ 18 then Biden may struggle to make up numbers elsewhere. Iowa is one of the few swing states where Trump has moved ahead, and the poll shows it is becoming a sizeable one. He has 48% compared with Bidens 41% same poll in September showed them tied on 47%. Yesterday he tweeted: Our numbers are looking VERY good all over. Sleepy Joe is already beginning to pull out of certain states. The Radical Left is going down!

I’ve been very, concerned about this election, but beginning today to have some hope. God have mercy on America and please let Trump have 4 more years.
This is the #1 post at the Daily Mail site and it’s not even from here, but rings very, true:

Lets hope Trump wins , life under socialism is so dull.
Another from DM UK. Looks like more of the world is for Trump a hell of a lot more than our “media” lets on.

I can’t imagine a drip like biden being the leader of the free world. Cmon man TRUMP2020
Biden has crowd envy.
MSM view....
Biden-Poll shows Biden has a solid lead with 5% points...
Trump-Trump has a 5% lead but it’s too close to call....
Wonderful posts! Thanks for sharing them. :)
Iowa is not a vital swing state
You got that right friend. :(
Where’s that from?
You’re so welcome. Since becoming a widow VERY unexpectedly 2 years ago, I’ve been terribly depressed. Only recently have I been able to start feeling like I want to be alive again. So, this election means everything because I don’t want to lose the hope I only recently recovered. Praying American voters do not allow let the globalists take power....and this article from overseas lit the flame allowing me to believe it just may be ok!
A little more from the article:
Mr Trump must retain all the southern states he won in 2016 including Arizona, Florida and Georgia, where he is behind by 1 per cent, 0.7 per cent and 0.8 per cent respectively.
If the President also holds on to two or three of five Rust Belt states in the Mid West that he won from the Democrats in 2016, then he has a path back to the White House. He is behind in three, including Michigan, which he won last time by seven points.
Political strategist Mike Madrid, one of the founders of The Lincoln Project, a Republican group opposing Mr Trump, said: If he does have a dramatic overperformance... I could easily see them winning North Carolina and Florida.
We are hearing so many quotes about the polls lately. The problem for me, is that the polls being referenced are never specifically identified.
actually I was kind of more important than you think it is... it means a lot of older voters in smaller towns are coming back home to trump at the end. combined with the new demographics Trump has acquired bringing home all voters in small towns will make a big difference in other states.
It was on Daily Mail UK’s website, but it didn’t say explicitly where this one was from. Although a liberal media outlet, they tend to tell it like it is, so this is probably accurate as they can get.
