Real clear politics has Biden up in PA by up to 7 points. This has got to be utter BS. What kind of mad man living in PA would vote for that lunatic? Why would Biden be up in ANY state? The guy doesn’t campaign, he doesn’t say what he will do to improve the country, all he does is attack Trump and say he will raise taxes! Was Hillary up this much in PA in 2016?

It is BS. Why would both campaigns be in PA on the last day if it wasn’t close?

With RCP you have to remember that they simply (and I stress simply) calculate averages of whatever polls they collect. And over an arbitrary period of (and I use this term lightly) observation. So it's a classic case of garbage in garbage out and it is an absurdly flawed and childish method.

If the polls they collect have flawed methodologies and flawed samples, the RCP average is useless.

Further, without any corrections taking into account how decent or bogus the core poll results are, RCP's numbers will always skew towards the results from the most egregiously flawed poll they include in their - again - very simplistic calculation.

It is BS. It is the RCP average. Totally bogus.
