This covert technology is called Operation Scorecard, and it was built by the CIA to surreptitiously steal elections in targeted countries. Now, that technology is being turned against the United States of America and is about to be activated on Tuesday to steal the election for Biden, explains Janda’s guest.

I have a real hard time buying that one.
If it’s true, it will fail and get exposed.
If it is not, then this country was truly lost over a decade ago, and Trump was just a speed bump.
I would say if anything, it is an attempt to undermine public confidence in the election process more than an attempt to alter the outcome of the election.

The site is an extremist site from what I’ve observed. Too much hype and not enough supportive evidence. I say this because even if that was their plan they wouldn’t operate it from here....they’d use another nation or international group so they could blame them if caught.

That does look similar to quite a few other conspiracy theories devised to demoralize Republican voters away from the polls.
"The deep state has a plan in place to steal this election by altering votes in key swing states. And if Trump challenges the fraud, he will be condemned for “refusing to accept the outcome” of the rigged election. This is the narrative trap that has been set by the treasonous mainstream media."
If true, where is Q? He told everyone in 2018 that Vote Fraud would be exposed.
