It's called an oath of office to uphold the laws, and the Constitution. All government employees, no matter if it's local, State or Federal, have to take, and sign an oath for the job they are hired for.
Throughout the years I have posted MANY times that the problems originate with the Federal agencies.
When they're not working, or negotiating, they're not spending our money.
