With more than 20,000 Election Day polling places being shuttered nationwide, rampant online misinformation, mail delays, and of course, the coronavirus pandemic still raging, voting in the 2020 election is already hard enough.
But for many Americans, one of the biggest barriers to voting is a simple one: not having a ride to the polls.
Access to transportation is not typically one of the first things people think of when it comes to forms of voter suppression, but advocates say it’s one of the top obstacles people face when trying to cast their vote. In a Harvard study from 2016, 14% of nonvoters said transportation was a “major factor” in why they did not vote in that election.

Suggestion to all liberals — form car pools, offer rides to the polls for any who need it. Perform a public service by giving rides to the polling place.
I remember one night years ago, I’d just come from voting at the local polling place (I think it was a midterm election) and asked the cashier at the grocery checkout line if she’d voted, and she said, no, I don’t have time.
Let’s see....the election comes every four years. IF you haven’t figured out how to get to the poll by then, perhaps they shouldn’t be voting.

Voting is, and has always been, one of the easiest things a human being can do. Only morons, idiots, and terminal slackers have a problem with it. Is that the kind of person that we want determining elections?

You have to read between the lines.
What is actually happening here is that normally the Democrats would mobilize their voters by giving them transportation to the polls (and a little cash and a sandwich and chips and drink)....
However, this year we have the coronavirus, so the Democratic volunteers don’t want to do it.
So, many of their potential voters (who aren’t all that excited to vote anyway) won’t vote.
Note to whiney baby liberals.....just pretend you’re making your way to a store looting, property burning, police assaulting protest! You’ll do just fine!
Think about all of those Iraqi citizens who had the purple dye on their fingers after Saddam went down.
I don’t want to hear any bitching about voting being “too hard” in this country. If it’s that much of a burden, stay the F**K home. A$$HOLES.
