LaToya got everything under control.
La Toya the destroyah. Sadly, it was such a fun and cultural rich place, but the seeds of it’s doom were sown decades ago. All oil companies and marine co’s chased out to Houston. Now it is nothing but a tourism and convention city with the French Quarter. But she is choking out the convention business and the restaurants/bars that depend on it. Take out the monuments and all that will be left is tee shirt shops and daquiri shops. The City is broke, getting broker, and self defunds the police.
