Bloomberg will never run out of money. He has a cool $65 billion in the bank and he is too old (78) to blow it on women. I doubt if he can even get it up.
And he can't take it to the grave with him. Gotta spend some of the money somehow. Might as well blow some of it paying the fines of felons in Florida I guess.
