Biden can sent money to Hamas, via the PLO, to Hisbollah via Iran, to the Brotherhood, but what is he going to do to bribe the Gulf states. Who don’t need money, though they’d be happy to pay Hunter some for preferential treatment, and who now need a regional alliance, including Israel, to confront Iran. Under Biden that alliance will be more important than ever.
