Again, IF you’re so concerned about it, why not simply ask the site owner instead of arguing with everyone?

I don't know what you think I'm concerned about.

Section 230 of the CDA is what it is, and it's not really mysterious.

Democrats are firing live rounds at you and me.

And those trying to eliminate Section 230 protections are shooting live rounds at FR.

Just because we may not want it to be this way doesn't change the law.

So you’re “concerned” but not enough to ask the site owner himself, you only want to argue with us.

Sit comfy in your armchair tonight. Meanwhile, partisan Democrats in Big Tech are knifing supporters of POTUS by the thousands. You’ll never get it. FR isn’t going matter if Big Tech Democrats squeeze the political life out of this country. But please do go ahead fantasizing about your moral superiority and section 230. Zuckerberg, Dorsey and Biden thank you for your support.

I don't have any questions for Jim, the statute's clear.

What do you think is at issue? That LLCs operating an interactive computer service are somehow exempt despite that not being written down anywhere?

FR is not a section 230 platform.
You do have a clear question for him.
You don’t want an answer.
You want to argue.

They think that reforming section 230 will impact FR.
And instead of asking the site owner, too easy, they just want to argue and concern troll.

FR is not a section 230 platform.

Of course it is and I've posted the actual language of the law to back it up.

You do have a clear question for him.

What would that be? As much as I may respect Jim's opinion I'm capable of reading legislation. Are you?

You want to argue.

LOL

You’ve spent the past two days arguing that FR falls under section 230 reforms.
Others have pointed out to you that FR is privately owned and not a section 230 platform.
You continue to argue and concern troll.
IF you were SO Concerned, you could simply ask Jim.
You won’t do that, you simply want to argue.
As proven by your posts in this thread starting at 4 and moving forward.

This gal is a liberal, progressive, probably with a grandiose IQ... Never fails to take the side of libtards ... ever.

Yeah, I should know better. The doctrinaire conservative concern trolls are so boorish. They make me want to go on twitter and argue with Democrats. Ha ha.

The difference is I've backed my argument up with references and the actual text of the statute.

You've provided nothing but a bald assertion without even an attempt to back it up.

IF you were SO Concerned, you could simply ask Jim.

I guess if you're incapable of doing research the next best thing is to run to Daddy.

Again, you could ask the site owner.
Apparently this is beyond your feeble ability.
FR still is not a section 230 platform.
