When I go on vacation I usually stay at Comfort Inn and Suites. Perfectly nice hotel room and about half of that $260 per night.

As I understand it, they put them in some pretty fancy hotels, on account of them having no customers because of the coronavirus shutdowns.
I'd imagine even the $260 was a heavily discounted price.
